Power
Flow 60

 

Our signature breath-based power flow. This practice is as challenging as you need it to be to bring out the sweat and clear a bit of the gunk out of your mind. This is cardio, strength, stretch and, most importantly, moving meditation. All levels welcome. Heated 92-94.


Warm Flow Basics 60

 

A great class for beginners and experienced yogis. We keep the poses and sequences simple, and focus heavily on the breath! Perfect for all levels. Warm at 85.


Warm Flow 60

 

A breath-based 60 minute class that is warm, steam-free, and offers students a chance to flow at a slightly slower pace than our regular heated power flow classes. A class for all levels. Warm at 85.


Movement and Mindfulness

 

A weekly audio recording of a class focused on Movement and Mindfulness. Classes will range from 10-30 minutes depending on the week. Each week students will be able to independently focus on different elements of the practice - breath, flow, stretching, meditation, restorative, yoga Nidra. Sign up at least 45 minutes before class and a recording will be sent to you to use whenever works for you.


Restorative Yoga

 

Restorative yoga is the gentle practice of holding passive, supported stretches for several moments at a time. Props can be used, so there is little effort and no discomfort. 

This 60 minute practice will begin with a few moments of very gentle movements connected to breath. The remainder and majority of the class will be spent in several restful, restorative poses. The class ends with an extended savasana. Not heated.


Yin Yoga

 

This nourishing practice allows us to focus on stabilizing and revitalizing the connective tissues in the body (ligaments, tendons, fascia). Yin is slow and meditative, simple but challenging. We will hold passive poses for extended periods of time. It’s the perfect complement to the dynamic and muscular power yoga practice (yang) or other forms of exercise.

Dress in something comfortable and please bring one or two blocks, mat and water. Bolsters and blankets will be provided. The room will not be heated. All levels welcome. Not heated.


Warm Flow and Sound Healing

 

Find peace and ease in a gentle warm flow with breathwork, meditation, and crystal singing bowl sound healing. Students are encouraged to bring blocks, a cushion or bolster and blanket or extra towel to enhance their restorative experience. Class is 60 minutes with regular class pass. Not heated.
