Due to a policy required by our insurance company, even with parental consent, we cannot allow students under 16 years of age in our heated classes.

Power
Flow 60

 

Our signature breath-based power flow. This practice is as challenging as you need it to be to bring out the sweat and clear a bit of the gunk out of your mind. This is cardio, strength, stretch and, most importantly, moving meditation. All levels welcome. Heated.

 

Basics 60

 

A great class for beginners and experienced yogis. We keep the poses and sequences simple, and focus heavily on the breath! Perfect for all levels.

 

Warm Flow 60

 

A breath-based 60 minute class that is warm, steam-free, and offers students a chance to flow at a slightly slower pace than our regular heated power flow classes. A class for all levels.

 

Movement and Mindfulness

 

A weekly audio recording of a class focused on Movement and Mindfulness. Classes will range from 10-30 minutes depending on the week. Each week students will be able to independently focus on different elements of the practice - breath, flow, stretching, meditation, restorative, yoga Nidra. Sign up at least 45 minutes before class and a recording will be sent to you to use whenever works for you.

 

Girl Forward

 

Join us for this pre-teen/teen yoga class at our Sewickley studio. Drop in is $5 per class, please sign up ahead for limited spots in-studio. Lizzy will lovingly and patiently guide you through a 60 minute empowering yoga practice! As this is a class for students, we will follow Quaker Valley School District mask recommendations until future notice.
