The remaining balance will be split in two payments and will be charged on 1/15/27 and 3/15/27

Payments

$500 deposit (made at time of booking)
Deposits are non-refundable and hold the participant’s spot. Deposits must be paid for all guests attending, not per room booked.

First installment (1/15/27)
A 50% payment of total guest cost (less the $500 deposit) will be charged on 1/15/27. Refundable within 7 days of payment, then non-refundable.

Final payment (3/15/27)
The remaining balance of total guest cost will be charged on 3/15/27. Final payment is non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

❋ Participants are responsible for finding a replacement if they need to cancel, although the host may help if there’s a waitlist.

❋ If someone takes their spot, the original participant receives a refund minus the non-refundable deposit and any administrative fees.

❋ No refunds for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures.

❋ Retreat organizers recommend that guests purchase travel insurance with trip cancellation/interruption coverage, especially for medical emergencies.

❋ Cancellation January 15–March 14, 2027: 50% of payments made after the deposit are refundable

❋ Cancellation on or after March 15, 2027: No refunds.
