The first session with be 90 minutes of foundations. We will learn skills after a yoga warmup. We will learn proper low push up technique, as well as open up discussion for jumping back to low push up pose. Also, we will be focusing on crow pose and crow to low push up, side crow and other optional arm balances that will be challenging and fun to learn...like flying king pigeon! All levels are welcome.
