We have you covered - Join Rachel Backstrom to learn about essential oils, how to use them and how they can support your mind and mood on a daily basis!! You'll receive your own personal oil samples and information to take home. This will allow you to experience the oils while being socially distanced on your own mat! We'll start with a 45 minute dive into essential oils and end with a 45 minute flow with music. See you there! Sign up online. $20
