Winter Solstice Flow

Take a little time out of the hustle and bustle of your holiday season to breathe and reconnect to yourself on the longest night of the year in a candlelight practice celebrating Winter Solstice. We'll start class by setting an intention and then move from a mindful vinyasa flow practice to a quiet yin sequence. Ending with a relaxing yoga nidra, this class is the perfect opportunity to slow down and find light and inspiration for the winter season and the coming new year. Regular class pass to sign up.
